ATTENDANCE POLICY
THIS POLICY IS EFFECTIVE May 1st, 2026
This policy is being introduced to promote fairness, help manage high demand on modalities, and ensure that available spots can be offered to walk-in members.
If a member does not attend a session for which they are registered, it will be considered a no-show, and the total amount of credits for that session will be deducted.
You may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before the sessions start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 2 hours prior will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will result in deduction of credits. Late cancellations may result in reservation restrictions in the future.
